This is a wild story of corruption. JD Vance recently had the Army Corps of Engineers raise the water level of an Ohio river… for a birthday kayak trip.

This is a new scoop being reported by Stephanie Kirchgaessner and David Smith of The Guardian. They report that for Vance’s 41st birthday on August 2nd, Vance was seen canoeing on the Little Miami River.

And right before that? The Army Corps changed the outflow from Caesar Creek Lake to boost the river’s level. Why? The Secret Service now says it was for “safe navigation.” But a source told The Guardian it was really to improve the kayaking conditions for JD Vance.
