MOSES RECEIVES A HERO'S WELCOME AS HE COMES DOWN FROM DEATH TOWER .

From gold to Moses, it seems the capital city of Zambia has a lot to offer than just a city, Right after sorting out Shadreck Kasanda and his Low grade Gold issues, Zambia Police were yet again tasked with another job,but this time around it was to stop a man from meeting his ancestors early by forcing God to harvest him through jumping off a telecommunications tower, the man only identified as Moses Sichone climbed the tallest tower in Lusaka’s Libala stage 2 township and went on to sit comfortably as if he was watching SpongeBob on nickelodeon and he announced that something has to be done about his unemployment situation or he will be left with no choice but to jump off to sudden doom of death.

It took the Lusaka fire and rescue team hours of negotiations as if they were negotiating with a common s*x worker on the best amount of short time, however Mr Sichone didn't give them his waxed ears, finally calls were made and Mr Sichone was officially told that he has been given an employment opportunity in the Zambia Army, unfortunately He did not buy the story either and casually said he will jump off at 16:40 sharp.

With the Zambia Online Newspaper Journalists on site tired and sweating officials from the Fire department climbed the tower and showed Mr Sichone his employment letter that indicated that he has been selected to undergo trainings as a Zambia Army officer, this Made him to accept the offer and slowly they climbed down, upon reaching the ground moses was welcomed like a hero coming from Afghanistan, while other dirty looking youngstars wanted to baptize him with slaps, but as the Bible says "Though shall be no touch my anointed ones" Moses was quickly bundled in a white Toyota Hilux like airtel bundles and it drove off.

Mr Sichone was left out from the army recruitment list.

THE names for the police recruitment shortlisted candidates in all provinces are out.
According to a police notice, members of the public can access the list at the Police District offices and Stations in the respective Provinces they applied from.
"The shortlisted candidates will be expected to undergo the second phase of the recruitment exercise as per the instructions given on the notice boards at the said Police Districts and Stations,".

HH calls for end to Russsia-Ukraine war!
President Hakainde Hichilema has called on the Russian and Ukrainian Governments as well as the international community to find ways of ending the ongoing war between the two countries.

President Hichilema says the ongoing war is of great concern to the Zambian Government as a proponent of peace.

He has encouraged all countries to work together to bring the war between Russia and Ukraine to an end as no development can take place in the absence of peace.

The Head of State made the call when He received letters of credence from Russia’s Ambassador to Zambia AZIM YARAKHMEDOV at state house in Lusaka today.
