PSA on my previous note about Ziebart in Canandaigua
I recently submitted a review regarding the mishandling and poor management of a situation I encountered at the Canandaigua Ziebart establishment last Saturday, 7/19/2025, concerning the undercoating of my truck. First thing Monday morning, I received a phone call from Andy, a manager from the Henrietta office that oversees the Canandaigua store. I would like to acknowledge that he was exceptionally professional and dedicated to ensuring that my issue was fully resolved to my satisfaction. He demonstrated a clear understanding of effective business practices and customer service. As a former business owner, I recognize that customers are not always right, and I would readily acknowledge any culpability on my part. When engaging with a business, one expects to receive good customer service and be satisfied with the service or product provided. Following my conversation with the Henrietta store manager, it was evident that he was a genuine individual with the correct training and mindset to rectify a negative situation. I would like to publicly acknowledge that, subsequent to his prompt response and commitment to making things right, I am confident that the necessary steps will be taken to retrain the Canandaigua manager or reassign roles as needed. Andy, I extend my sincere gratitude for your prompt attention to this matter and for ensuring that it was resolved to my satisfaction. I look forward to continuing to do business with Ziebart and recommending their services to others. Once again, Thank You!
