I AM ONE MAN
I am just one man with one heart with one brain with one voice, I am just one American Citizen with one Faith in one God the true God.

I am just one man who believes in one savior, who is the one and only way to Heaven..Jesus Christ..
I am just one man with one Faith in the many promises of God.

I am just one man expecting answers to my many prayers from the one true God, my Heavenly Father.

I am just one man who believes in something bigger than myself, something that gives purpose and importance to my one life on this earth, that is of course the One True Gospel of Jesus Christ.

No matter what others say nor the belief of the majority I truly believe one man or one woman can make a difference in the lives of many.

As we live our lives one day at a time we are given many opportunities to singularly change the world for someone else.

Often times it is our reaction to a crisis, sickness or even relationship issues with our spouse or our children, that can be the observed factor which can make the difference to others in seeking a closer walk and relationship with Jesus, unless of course we forsake the Scripture and our behavior is no different than the world then we have done a huge disservice to those around us.

In this crazy upside down world where evil is good and good is evil there really is just One Truth.

There is only One True way to salvation and that is JESUS
There are bad times ahead for us all, however as children of GOD we have hope.
One man or one woman can make a difference in the world in which we live.
GOD deserves the best we can give Him and that best is Your life in service to Him, following the guidance of His Word in all areas of your life, one man or one woman at a time.

One man esteemeth one day above another: another esteemeth every day alike. Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind. He that regardeth the day, regardeth it unto the Lord; and he that regardeth not the day, to the Lord he doth not regard it.

He that eateth, eateth to the Lord, for he giveth God thanks; and he that eateth not, to the Lord he eateth not, and giveth God thanks.

THE REAL TRUTH OF THE SPIRITUAL WAR.

Satan is your adversary, your enemy and he Hates you.

Satan wants to keep you chained and bound to the cares of this world because he knows the moment you break free he will lose the power over your life. You will become a warrior he can no longer frighten and manipulate with his lies.

Declare it in the name of JESUS:
I break the chains that bind me in the name of JESUS. I am no longer a slave to the schemes of satan.

I am a child of the most High, GOD is my Heavenly Father.

I will no longer fear a defeated enemy. From this moment forward I will fix my eyes on JESUS and the VICTORY that's already won.

When I am weak JESUS will be my strength, when I am tired JESUS will be the motivation to keep moving forward.

I will never look back at the old life, I will move straight ahead not veering left or right, never sidestepping from the path and when the enemy stands In front of me I will not stop!

I will not tremble in fear!
I will not lay down the banner of my Lord!

I will run swiftly towards my adversary and with the power of the Lord of Host I will draw my Sword and strike with the Word of God!

I will not be afraid of the storm....in the name of JESUS
I am the storm in the heart of my enemy.

Is your life overwhelmed ?
Are you feeling attacked from all sides?
Are you depressed, heart broken lonely or just at your wits end with all the issues in your life?
Does it seem like no one cares or understands what you face each and every day?
You are not alone !
The truth is a lot of people feel this way everyday, people who put on a "good show" on the outside but are hurting and crying on the inside.
When the doors are open they are smiling and seem to have everything under control in their lives, but when behind closed doors they are broken and distraught just like so many others.
You are not alone !
Pastors, teachers, deacons, Ministers and everyone of all professions including sports, actors maybe even your postal carrier, everyone at sometimes faces the same feeling as you.
You are not alone !
Police officers, Military, school teachers and fast food workers all have faced the despair of life at one time or another.
You are not alone !
Husband's, wives, single moms and dads even the counselor that works to keep marriages together... everyone.... everyone.... everyone..... Faces life's issues
You are not alone !
Truth is other people don't always have the right words to help how we feel, or to make it all better. There are times when you just don't want to talk to anyone.
You are not alone !
However there is good news !
You are not alone...yes I know I've mentioned that a few times but here's the other truth that you just can't ignore....
You are a child of the King, you are fearfully and wonderfully made.
David says it like this:
"I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well."
Psalms 139:14 KJV
In addition, you are a joint heir with someone very special.... Consider the following scripture..
"And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together."
Romans 8:17 KJV
This "joint-heir" cares for you and he will never leave you. Of course we are talking about JESUS, the one who searched for you and found you, the one who stands ready at all times to raise you up when you fall, the one who's grip never tires, the one who will always listen, the one who will evermore love you....

Jesus himself says this about you and the issues of life you face every day.....
And I love this part, read it out loud....
"Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."

The Real Truth about 9-11

Some will say the truth your about to read is just something they refuse to believe, however the facts are clear.

The cowardly attack on the citizens of the United States of America was an attack on us all.
As a country we will never forget the atrocities of that day, the murdering of our citizens our neighbors and our friends.
Let us never forget!

Remembering the events of that day along with the men and women who's life was taken without cause or reason has been ever ingrained in our hearts with slogans like " Have you forgotten" or "Always Remember" and "Never Forget".
As a Citizen who loves this country and a Soldier who has sworn to defend her against all enemies, these slogans are more than just words on screen they are more than just a feeling that has welled up inside because of a basic need to take action, they are in fact part of a greater sense of responsibility as a citizen of a Free Nation under God.

HEALING A NATION
In the immediate aftermath of the attacks our nation began the long road to healing, a road that we are still traveling today.
In our search for answers and methods of recovery not just on the hard surface of our minds and hearts but on the true inward most parts of our very being to our very soul where real healing takes place, a healing that is not temporary but everlasting to everlasting, it's only when we find this type of complete restoration of repair to our hearts and minds that healing can ever be claimed.
The path and method to this healing is Forgiveness, yes you read that correctly I said Forgiveness.

FORGIVENESS DOES NOT MEAN FORGETTING
While it's true we must never forget the day that changed our lives forever, we must however forgive those who changed it if we are to ever truly heal our nation and ourselves.

You may ask, how can a Soldier who has served this country and witnessed first hand the devastation caused by the deliberate actions of evil people, even utter the word Forgiveness concerning them.

The truth is I have considered this myself and have struggled with the very issue I'm declaring here. As a soldier I received orders and carried out those orders to the best of my abilities, as a citizen I have obeyed and up held the laws of this country with the same stride for Honor as I did defending it.

More importantly as a Christian Man who loves and seeks God above all else it's his direction and Will that I trust most. Jesus said if you love me keep my commandments, he also was very clear about the issues of Forgiveness when it comes to others, yes even our enemies

"But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;"
Matthew 5:44 KJV

We must show Forgiveness inorder to receive Forgiveness which is in of itself healing

"For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."
Matthew 6:14‭-‬15 KJV

FORGIVENESS DOES NOT MEAN FORGETTING, it means remembering what JESUS said and truly healing.

As we reflect on the tragic events of 9/11 let us do so with forgiveness but not forgetfulness and let us always be aware there are enemies who are against the cross however at the same time let us always defend the faith in Jesus Christ through love, compassion and forgiveness.

Consider this.
Jesus is the lamb
Satan is the serpent
Sin is the venom
The Blood is the antivenom

lamb's blood, is often used to make antivenom. This is because sheep have strong immune systems and produce antibodies that can bind to snake venom components, allowing the body's immune defenses to eliminate the toxins.

To make antivenom, donor sheep are immunized with snake venom and then the venom antibodies are collected from their blood

2 Corinthians 5:21
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father:

IN A HURRY TO BECOME A SCHOLAR
I've seen it happen many times in the life of new believers and those who are "seasoned" as well.

Oftentimes in a rush to learn more about the scriptures people begin to take short cuts in their studies. This happens a lot more than would like to be admitted in University theological study with a hurried curriculum as the main focus being a passing grade.

This same desire to be an efficient "scripture quoter" can also be found in the life of new believers as they rush ahead in the efforts to obtain some great understanding of the Word of God but leave behind the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

The Bible was written by inspiration of the Holy Spirit and must be read in the same manner.

"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:"
2 Timothy 3:16 KJV

Sometimes the urgency to jump ahead of the HOLY SPIRIT can leave a gap in the actual transition from the "milk" of scripture to "meat" of understanding. Its this Gap we will discuss here.

THE GAP
As alluded to above the problem is not the spirit lead believer it's the "desire" for a educated mind lead by the personal desires of a High-minded individual that can create this Gap. The Bible is clear on the dangers of being lead by the flesh instead of by the spirit.

"This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.

For men shall be lovers of their own selves,

covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,

Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;

Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away."
2 Timothy 3:1‭-‬5 KJV

When we began seeking knowledge of the scriptures for our own selfish reasons and not for the purpose of a Godly life to bring Glory and Honor to the Father we begin down a dangerous road filled with self laid traps and confusion creating within ourselves a High-minded and False doctrine that brings about a form of godliness but denying the power thereof, this is what I refer to as the gap effect.

Many start out with a spirit guided life that includes the Study of God's Word, then fall into the trap laid by satan, the very same trap that was laid for Adam and Eve...
Knowing what God has said but denying his power by wanting to jump the Gap and obtain knowledge without his guidance.

HOW TO BRIDGE THE GAP
If you have fallen into the "Gap effect" there is only one way to correct it's tragic effects upon your life and that would be going back to the very beginning and study the word of God only through the inspiration and guidance of the Holy Spirit allowing the knowledge and understanding to be imparted unto you by Him without jumping ahead for your own personal reasons.

This may sound like an extreme measure to under take however the seriousness of the Word of God and the Power it has in the life of a believer warrants such a measure.

As you interact with others you will also find there are many "Christians" and yes even Pastors, television Evangelist and self proclaimed prophets who have been affected by the "Gap Effect" it's this reason you must always know the true word of God for yourself.

HEART CONDITION

The condition of your heart is of Great importance, so much so that there are numerous Scriptures that deal with the heart of man.

"A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken."
Proverbs 15:13 KJV

"Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water."
Hebrews 10:22 KJV

A MAN AFTER GOD'S HEART

The Bible calls King David a man after God's own heart.

"And when he had removed him, he raised up unto them David to be their king; to whom also he gave testimony, and said, I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after mine own heart, which shall fulfil all my will."
Acts 13:22 KJV

Yet David committed many atrocities and acts of sinfulness, many times his actions where in direct disobedience unto God bringing reproach and punishment upon himself and the children of Israel of whom he was the leader, so how can it be that the Bible refers to David as a man after God's own heart is this a contradiction, absolutely not in fact it shows how much value God places in the condition of our hearts, the fact being that if through correction and admonishment God can bring us back to a clean heart and a heart that is seeking him completely, He can establish a personal relationship with each one of us that will ensure we are walking in the will of our Father and can accomplish that which he has purposed for our lives.

David himself came to realize this in a very personal way, each time he strayed from the will of God, not only did the condition of his day to day life change, he also discovered his very heart within him had changed creating a condition of sorrow.

"A merry heart maketh a cheerful countenance: but by sorrow of the heart the spirit is broken."
Proverbs 15:13 KJV

What made David a man after God's own Heart was not perfection but a heart of repentance, each and every time David walked away from the will of God he eventually ran back to God with a heart seeking God's perfect will for his life, willing to put aside any and everything that was hindering is heart from fully seeking God's purpose for him.

"Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me. Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest. Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me. Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom. Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice. Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities. Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me."

Just as King David we today must have a heart of repentance if we too desire a real personal relationship with our Heavenly Father and fulfill the purpose he has for our Life.

So important is the condition of our hearts Jesus himself spoke of it often, teaching us that our hearts should be ever seeking the Kingdom of God

"For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also."
Matthew 6:21 KJV

YOU CAN'T HIDE YOUR HEART FROM GOD

"And Jesus knowing their thoughts said, Wherefore think ye evil in your hearts? For whether is easier, to say, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and walk? But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (then saith he to the sick of the palsy,) Arise, take up thy bed, and go unto thine house."

Within the Bible are the words of Salvation and eternal life thru Jesus.

There are no contractions or omissions however there is one condition to receiving and accepting the words of GOD....

5 REASONS WHY PRAYERS AREN'T ANSWERED • Number 4 may shock a lot of Husbands

Consider the following 5 Scriptures about Prayer, specifically why Prayers aren't sometimes answered.

"This is by no means a completed study on prayer, however it's my hope this will be a beginning to a self study within the Word of GOD and that you may be able to develop a wonderful prayer life.

1) Mark 11:25
FORGIVENESS:

25 And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses

2) Isaiah 59:1-2
LIVING AN INTENTIONAL SINFUL LIFE:

1Behold, the LORD’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: 2But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

3) James 1:6-8
UNFOCUSED FAITH:

6But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed. 7For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord. 8A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

4) 1 Peter 3:7
HUSBANDS NOT HONORING THEIR WIVES:

During this time of hardships and troubles we all could use someone to talk with and to just be close to us and bring comfort and peace of mind, someone to listen and understand what we are personally going through in life.
it seems that even family and close friends oftentimes get so involved with her own lives that we can find ourselves lonely and afraid even in a group of people we know.
Be Encouraged because
There is a friend who will never leave you nor forsake you.
Many people will tell you that you are not good enough or that your past is to awful to associate with or to even be around.
There are family and friends that would judge you based upon their outward knowledge of who they think you are.
it may be true you have lived a checkered past committing many terrible atrocities or just simply not living up to the self righteous standards of those around you,
If you have given your heart to God if you are saved if you are now a new creature in Christ and the old things have passed away,
if you are a child of God those same people who judge you now against what the old man has done have no idea of the greatness that God has prepared for you.
You are more than a past you are more than a judgment in the mind of someone else you are
something different something new something amazing
yes you are redeemed
yes you are made whole and yes you are forgiven and now you are a friend of Jesus Christ.
The savior of the world is your friend
he died for you
he arose for you he's coming back to receive you again
until then he is a friend like no other
he will never leave you he will never forsake you
he doesn't judge you by your past
he doesn't care what you look like
he doesn't care what you sound like
he is your friend and he loves you just the way he made you.
Hold up your head, walk with purpose and move forward because you are Friends with The King of Kings, JESUS CHRIST.
