To all Manileños,
As we approach the upcoming elections, I urge you to support our former mayor, Isko Moreno Domagoso Yorme Isko Moreno, in his bid to reclaim the leadership of our beloved city. His previous tenure was marked by transformative initiatives that significantly improved Manila’s landscape and the lives of its residents.
Achievements of Yorme Isko Moreno:
1. Infrastructure Development: Under his administration, Manila witnessed the completion of 20 high-impact infrastructure projects, including the modernization of the Ospital ng Maynila, enhancing healthcare services for countless underprivileged families. 
2. Urban Cleanliness and Order: Yorme Isko led aggressive campaigns to clear congested streets and remove illegal structures, leading to a cleaner and more organized city environment. 
3. Environmental Initiatives: He played a pivotal role in the rehabilitation of Manila Bay, earning the Manila Bayani Award for his significant contributions to restoring this vital natural resource. 
4. Digital Governance: The city government, under his leadership, received accolades for its digital initiatives, including the GO Manila App, which streamlined public services and improved transparency. 
5. Educational Support: Recognizing the importance of education, his administration provided monthly allowances to students of the University of the City of Manila and Universidad de Manila, ensuring better access to quality education. 
6. Social Welfare Programs: Yorme Isko implemented programs that granted monthly allowances to senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and solo parents, reflecting his commitment to inclusive governance. 
7. Public Housing: He initiated the construction of in-city vertical housing projects like Tondominium 1 and 2, and Binondominium, providing decent housing to the homeless and city employees. 
8. COVID-19 Response: During the pandemic, his administration established the Manila COVID-19 Field Hospital in just 52 days and procured anti-COVID-19 medicines, showcasing proactive leadership in crisis situations. 
9. Women’s Rights: He signed the “Gender and Development Code of the City of Manila,” enhancing protections against sexual harassment and expanding benefits for women, including increased maternity leave. 
10. Financial Transparency: The city achieved its first-ever Good Financial Housekeeping recognition from the Department of the Interior and Local Government in 2019 under his stewardship. 
Yorme Isko Moreno’s track record demonstrates his dedication to progress, transparency, and the well-being of all Manileños. Let’s come together and vote for a leader who has proven his capability to transform our city for the better.
