About The Role

As the Receptionist/Help Desk team member, you'll play a vital role in supporting our guards and personnel by responding to their day-to-day queries. From booking holiday requests to providing timely updates, your support ensures our teams feel heard and valued.

Key Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for guards and on-site personnel reaching out to the Connect Team.
Respond to routine queries such as holiday bookings, schedule questions, and general inquiries.
Provide immediate support or advise personnel when a follow-up from the morning team is needed.
Log and track interactions to ensure clear communication and accountability.
Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all communications.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in using email, phone systems, and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, internal booking systems).
High level of professionalism, patience, and customer service mindset.
Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple inquiries efficiently.
