What is Patreon?
Patreon is a subscription service that allows you to donate to help us continue creating the content that you like, and gives you access to new bonus content and special episodes at a low cost each month.
What does this mean for me?
Our regular show will continue to be available for free every Tuesday. That’s not going to change, don’t worry (we know you were stressing).
However, if you’re really liking what you’ve heard so far, for $1, $3, or $5 per month, you can gain access to our growing(!) library of bonus content (“End of the Bench”) and get the satisfaction of knowing that you are helping grow this podcast from the ground up.
If you choose to support us through Patreon, you will be given access to our private RSS feed (which can be accessed directly through our Patreon page, or can be played through your normal pod-catcher by copying and pasting the URL), where we will upload all new content.
What do I get?
A valid question. We all want to know where our hard-earned dollars are heading. Each membership tier includes different perks, all of which are detailed on the Patreon page. As the monthly contribution increases, so do the perks! Here are the basics: for $1/month, you’ll get a shout-out once per month in an episode; for $3/month, you’ll get access to our weekly release of “Pep Rally,” our short-form warm-up recording from before every episode; and for $5/month, you’ll get access to our biweekly release of “Philly Sports Blast,” the full-length, Philly-centric podcast.
I can’t afford to contribute each month.
That’s completely fine. We understand! We would ask you to consider making a one-time donation via PayPal or Venmo if you are able, but we understand if you can’t right now.
Whether or not you can offer financial support, we still need your help! Follow our accounts on social media, spread the word about the show to your friends, let us know what you’ve been liking about the show.
