Every longterm relationship or marriage will eventually hit a snag. This could be cheating, betrayal, missed expectations, or the the hurt caused by using unhealthy relationship communication over several long periods of time.
These wounds need to be tended to in order to rebuild trust.
And, this is what I help individuals and couples do in their relationship.
I have a very specific process to help each of you repair these wounds so you can drop the punishment, the monitoring of your partner’s behavior, and the defensiveness.
Step 1 is to regulate their emotions so they can communicate them with their partner.
Most clients I work with don’t have a healthy relationship to emotions. So we start here in order to process their emotions so they you can eventually communicate them without blame or criticism.
Step 2 is to validate their partner’s emotions so they feel seen and heard.
This helps the person who is suffering and hurting feel acknowledged and allows them to start to move on from this emotion.
Step 3 and 4 I’ll share on the Healthy Relationships Roadmap Call with you.
Trust is created in the small moments NOT in larger gestures. The more their actions line up with their words the more their partner feels like they are trustworthy.
These steps will help you build a stronger foundation of trust and deeper connection.
And most clients that do this process eventually take the next step in their relationship whether that’s marriage, kids, staying together after the kids move out or retirement.
These tools help them to move on and find the next right person that will meet their needs.

The sooner you get started the sooner you will feel better in your relationship.
