Yesterday the world was told of the death of Queen Elizabeth II. For 70 years she reigned over our country and in those 70 years she achieved and gave so much. Many of us will only have ever known the Queen, and to know that the sense of stability that gave us as a nation has come to an end is truly very sad.

My thoughts go out to the Royal Family, those close to the Queen, and to anyone who feels a sense of loss and sadness at this time. May Her Majesty now rest in peace, reunited with her Philip 💛

IT’S MY BIRTHDAY!🥳🤩

That’s right, today I turn 25 years old!2️⃣5️⃣ and how am I celebrating? With a day off work, a massage, seeing loved ones, and some pizza!😍 and then I’m being wined and dined by my other half, I get to see my lovely Saturday dancers for extended dance party celebrations, and see more family this weekend!💙

Now, I know I have followers of all ages on here… so what I want to know is, if you could go back in time to 25, what’s the one piece of advice you’d tell yourself? 🤔 or, if you’re 25 or younger, what’s something you wish your future self could come and tell you? 👀 this next chapter of mine will certainly be the biggest change to previous years so far… so I’m intrigued to know what advice I can take from you lovely lot!🤪

1 year ago today episode 1 & 2 of went live on multiple platforms!🥳 since then I’ve released 38 episodes across 2 seasons and met some AMAZING creative entrepreneurs from around the world!🤩

I have some episodes for season 3 recorded (I know, I know, I said season 3 would launch in the summer 😬), some are edited, some need editing… but all in all I’ve had to take a pause from the podcast, and a lot of things, for the last few months. I’ve had some BIG life changes, some bad news, some fresh starts… it’s been a whirlwind!🥴 but I will release some episodes in the future! I’ve been a little quiet on here just recently; I’ve had so much going on in life just recently! But I have something exciting to share… HAPPY BUSINESS BIRTHDAY TO ME!🥳

That’s right, my little business turns 3 years old today!😱 The past year has been extremely difficult for my business, have only taught in-person classes for 3 months during March 2020 and April 2021😥 this has led to me making some tough decisions and reassessing a lot of things. BUT when I look back at all what I’ve achieved since setting up in 2018, I’m still incredibly proud of myself and today (despite not being very well) I’m giving myself a round of applause for reaching this milestone!👏

Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the last 3 years, and to everyone who supported me on my journey to get started in the first place! Whether you’re a past dancer, current dancer, a one-time dancer, a Zoom dancer, a regular dancer, a company I’ve worked with/for, a social media follower/liker/sharer, someone who’s told someone they know about my business, family, friends… whoever you are, I cannot thank you enough for all your love and support 💙

My business isn’t going to be as full-throttle as it was pre-pandemic for the foreseeable (more details to come in the next couple of weeks), but I intend to keep on giving you the top-quality dance classes you all love and deserve! Have a lovely Wednesday ☀️

HOW is it the 1st of June already?!😱

Will it really be only 20 more days until we’re “free” from restrictions? Who knows... but regardless of what happens, the start of June brings the start of Summer, which means it’s a great time to take a breath, reflect on things, and make changes where changes are needed!🤔

I’ve been a little quiet on here the last couple of weeks, since the season finale of season 2. As promised, season 3 IS in the pipeline and I’ve started interviewing my next set of guests... but the release date still isn’t set in stone as I have had a LOT going on behind the scenes (both good and not-so good), so watch this space - you WILL have your next season some time in Summer!💛

Until then: reflect, recharge, keep your creativity alive, stay positive, keep listening to any golden nuggets of advice from season 1 & 2, and keep on hustlin’💪

Tomorrow I am FINALLY returning to teaching in-person, after nearly 6 months of not being able to due to UK government restrictions, and this week I have reached 100,000 followers on TikTok (and very close to 1,000 followers on Instagram)... so it seems only fitting that I give my own business a shoutout this week!✨

I started my business Hannah Danielle Dance in June 2018, as I was graduating from university. I have danced since being 5 years old, and dance was my form of escapism and expression during some particularly dark times. I wanted to help others discover a passion of dance, and to see both the physical & mental benefits of participating in dance lessons. Dance sometimes gets a bad reputation as being a very judgemental industry/art form, but I seek to break down those walls and make the art form accessible and accepting of EVERYONE!💙 My classes are primarily based in North Lincolnshire (UK), but after 12 months of lockdown I am well-experienced in offering online dance sessions too, along with pre-recorded dance tutorials!😃
