In La3Ni2O7+δ, oxygen-content tuning drives RP-phase intergrowth. The superconducting oxygen-content window of La3Ni2O7+δ is narrow; the bilayer transition temperature remains high and the upper critical field peaks as the average oxygen content approaches 7.
