This Siomai made of pork and shrimp is an ultimate favorite snack all over the world! Traditionally cooked through steaming but it can also be boiled or deep-fried, one thing is for sure - it's delicious! Best serve with dipping sauce composed of kalamansi or lemon, fried garlic, chili oil and soy sauce. Enjoy!

1/2 Lb Chopped Shrimp
3 Tbsp Grated Carrots
3 Tbsp Minced Mushrooms
2 Tbsp Minced Scallions

1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Tsp Ground Pepper
