在香港，每四個人便有一個患有鼻敏感，而每逢轉季更容易出現呼吸不暢、鼻水倒流等症狀👃🏻
想舒緩鼻敏感反應，我們可以先了解引致過敏的各種因素，避免接觸致敏原，來預防鼻敏感發作🧐
🔎 灰塵
定期清潔家居，並在清潔時戴上口罩，避免接觸及吸入灰塵。
🔎 塵蟎
避免擺放毛公仔及定期換布藝用品如被套等。另外，亦可以將室內濕度調低至50%以下，殺死塵蟎，杜絕塵蟎致敏原。
🔎 花粉
如果你的鼻敏感症狀在春秋時分特別嚴重，花粉即可能是你其中一個的致敏原。你可以在出外時佩戴口罩，避免吸入在空氣漂浮的花粉，舒緩敏感反應😷
如不清楚自己的致敏原，最好安排進行過敏測試，先鎖定致敏成因，才是治標又治本的方法😉
