Out of all the coaching advice I give my clients, the most profound and resonant, hands down, is to 'honor your capacity'.

Whether it's podcasting, entrepreneurship, being a partner/parent/daughter/sibling, the external demands and internal 'shoulds' often stretch us beyond our capacity to the point that we feel like we're a rubber band one tug away from snapping.

This never-ending loop of sacrificing our peace, pleasure, relationships, and sometimes sanity keeps us constantly feeling depleted and not "enough."

Yuck! 🤮

This unhealthy narrative/culture is why I'm passionate about being a coach that shows up with 100% belief and conviction that setting boundaries is non-negotiable.

It's the kind of liberating, permission-giving support that truly changes the game for my clients.

It's rewarding when clients who were once overwhelmed tell me things like, 'It feels GOOD to say 'no'! 👏🏼👏🏼

Technically, you can manage and market your podcast yourself.

I’m a big believer that everyone can use a mentor.
