In frame - Palak Moong Dosa!!! “Green Goodness”

I have also named this healthy Dosa as “Green Goodness” because it has health benefits of both Spinach and Moong daal. This dosa is both protein & fiber rich. Specially to kids you can give this green dosa and they won’t even know what’s its made of 😃😃.
This dosa recipe doesn’t need any fermentation. Just soak green moong daal 1 hr before & rest just grind all the ingredients.

Checkout the below recipe.
Recipe:

1. Soak 1 cup split moong daal for 1 Hr.
2. In grinder, add soaked daal, spinach - 1 cup & leftover rice - 1/2 cup
3. Also add ginger, garlic, green chillies
4. Salt - 1 tsp
5. Cumin - 1 tsp
6. Now grind into fine paste by adding just little water as spinach has enough moisture in it.
7. Now spread this mixture on nonstick tava as thin as possible
8. Sprinkle some grated paneer, chopped onions, coriander and green chillies
I have also added little salt & red chilli powder in paneer before.
9. Cook until crispy
10. No need to flip and cook
11. Enjoy hot with sauce or green chutney

Snack smart is not hard! 🍿️ My homemade namkeen is the perfect guilt-free treat that’s both healthy and delicious! 🤩
Enjoy it anytime, without worrying about added preservatives or excessive oil.
Unlike store-bought packets, mine is made with love and zero frying! 💖 Plus, I skip the oil-soaking poha and cornflakes for a crunchier, lighter bite.
Feel free to customize yours with your favorite ingredients! 🌸

Recipe:

1. Take 1 tbsp ghee & roast 2 cups of foxnuts/makhana
2. Take 1 tbsp ghee & roast 2 cups of parval/ puffed rice
3. Take 1 tbsp ghee & roast 1 cup each of Peanuts, Almonds & Cashews. You can add more dry fruits of your choice
4. Add few spices - salt (1.5 tsp), black salt (1/2 tsp), Dry mango powder(amchoor) - 2 tsp, Garam masala (1 tsp)
5. Now in tadka pan add 1 tsp of ghee, add hing, haldi & red chilli powder, few curry leaves
6. Add this tadka into mixture
7. Mix everything well & enjoy

In frame - Tomato & Raw Mango Chutney!!

Doesn’t it sound tangy & lip smacking chutney. Yes it is!! and indeed very quick to make with very few ingredients. This chutney taste little different from our regular chutney’s/dips and can be enjoyed with Parathas,chips, breads or even rice.

Checkout the below recipe.
Recipe:

1. Take 1/2 TBSP mustard oil in a pan, once its hot
2. Add 3-4 tomatoes which are cut in half
3. Half raw mango
4. Few cloves of garlic, 2-3 green chillies and small piece of ginger
5. Sprinkle salt - 1 tsp
6. Now cover & cook for 2-3 mins then flip all the tomatoes & mango
7. Again cook for 2-3 mins
8. Now peel the skin from tomatoes & discard it. Also take out mango pulp & remove the skin
9. Now with a fork or potato masher, mash everything well
10. Transfer to a bowl, add chopped onions, green chillies and lots if fresh coriander
11. In spices add - salt (if less), black salt (1/2 tsp), cumin powder (1 tsp), red chilli powder (1 tsp)
12. Mix everything well & enjoy

I know, I know… eggplant isn’t everyone’s favorite. Some of you run the other way when you see it. But hear me out 👀

This little purple veggie is secretly a flavor sponge—soaking up spices and seasonings like a total boss. Fry it, smoke it, braise it… suddenly it’s the main character. 🎭

This Brinjal Fry is crispy, simple, and totally vegan. Just a few ingredients, a hot pan, and boom—baingan glow-up achieved. ✨

🔹 Slide 1 – My whole spices corner: neatly stored in airtight box, all in one place, so easy to grab all the whole spices when am in hurry and also easy to restock!
🔹 Slide 2 –
1. Garlic cloves seperated,
2. green chillies washed & stem removed,
3. Chopped ginger washed & store in bite size pieces.
This way I save so much time while making any sabji or just tea. Where I just have to grab one piece of ginger. No need to wash everytime.

These little routines make a big difference when I’m cooking daily meals and juggling around home and kids.
