In frame - Palak Moong Dosa!!! “Green Goodness”
I have also named this healthy Dosa as “Green Goodness” because it has health benefits of both Spinach and Moong daal. This dosa is both protein & fiber rich. Specially to kids you can give this green dosa and they won’t even know what’s its made of 😃😃.
This dosa recipe doesn’t need any fermentation. Just soak green moong daal 1 hr before & rest just grind all the ingredients.

Recipe:
1. Soak 1 cup split moong daal for 1 Hr.
2. In grinder, add soaked daal, spinach - 1 cup & leftover rice - 1/2 cup
3. Also add ginger, garlic, green chillies
4. Salt - 1 tsp
5. Cumin - 1 tsp
6. Now grind into fine paste by adding just little water as spinach has enough moisture in it.
7. Now spread this mixture on nonstick tava as thin as possible
8. Sprinkle some grated paneer, chopped onions, coriander and green chillies
I have also added little salt & red chilli powder in paneer before.
9. Cook until crispy
10. No need to flip and cook
11. Enjoy hot with sauce or green chutney
