In frame : Paneer Kurkure Fingers!!!

Yesterday I have shared one quick paneer cutlet recipe, do watch it also. Today am sharing another quick paneer snack. Let’s make super simple yet delicious panner snacks. With only few ingredients you can make this quick & crunchy snack for your family and guests. You can also keep it ready in fridge and fry just before eating.

Recipe:
1. First take around 300gm panner & cut them into long thick stripes
2. For marination take salt, haldi & red chilli powder
3. Keep aside for 15-20 mins
4. Make a semi thick batter of 1/2 cup maida & 1/2 cup cornflour
5. Add salt & black pepper to it as per taste
6. For 2nd coating take any chips & crush them (i have used Doritos), mix bread crumbs to it
7. Now coat paneer fingers in maida batter & coat with bread crumbs mixture.
8. Keep all the coated paneer fingers in fridge if frying later(optional)
9. Fry in medium hot oil until crispy from outside
10. Enjoy it hot !!! Which dip are you picking ??

🥰 Nothing fancy, just pure comfort on a plate! 💛 This is my little way of pampering my husband, because these parathas are his absolute favorite. Crispy on the outside, stuffed with spiced paneer & onions inside, paired with chilled curd and tangy pickle — a combo that never disappoints! 🫓✨

Soft paneer cubes marinated in spiced yogurt, simmered in a rich onion-tomato gravy with whole spices, finished with cream, green chillies & fresh coriander 🌿🍴
Comfort food that’s bold, creamy & irresistible!

Generally masala paneer is made spicy, but I have twisted the recipe to make it palatable for kids as well. This dish has beautiful aroma & taste of spices & a soft creamy texture.

Simple, healthy & quick side dish recipe using very few ingredients.
Pair it with rice or parathas and complete your daily dose of fiber and iron.

Recipe:
1. Take mustard oil - 1 tbsp
2. Add hing, jira
3. Lots of green chillies, chopped onion, garlic
4. Saute & add chooped onions
5. Once cook add potatoes
6. Add spices- salt, turmeric, dhaniya powder and red chili powder
7. Once potatoes are cooked then add chopped palak
8. And cook for 5-7 mins covered

Its a traditional North Indian rice dish, especially popular in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. It’s often seen as a cousin of pulao but with its own homely charm.
Rice and veggies are cooked together in turmeric-spiced water, giving it that beautiful yellow color.
A common everyday lunch/dinner dish in UP-Bihar households, often paired with raita, pickle, or papad.

🥘 Difference from pulao:
• Pulao is usually a bit more aromatic (whole spices, ghee, layering).
• Tahiri is simpler, more rustic, and has a distinct turmeric-yellow look.
