It’s a ✨GLOWY✨ girl summer 💖

These last few days in Jersey have been hitting 90 degrees & up! And soooo I’ve been doing my wash n go’s and I am not diffusing my hair to 90% anymore 😂 That is such a winter move! This summer I’ve been leaving the house with hair that’s been at least 50% diffused and then letting it airdrop the last 50%. I’ve been loving the definition & the volume I’m getting with this method.

Here’s to new beginnings! ✨ My name is Rosemary aka Ro for short. I started this page to share my experience, tips, and knowledge of curly/ natural hair (more 3/4 types). I transitioned my chemically relaxed hair to my beautiful curls back in 2019 and have been natural ever since! It’s a choice I have never regretted & I’ve never felt more confident in my beauty as I do now.

The half up/half down hairstyle has me in a chokehold right now😍
For all my fellow lazy naturals, this hairstyle is it! Between the holiday weekend & work, I’ve been overwhelmed & wash day is the furthest thing from my mind. Not only can I modify this hairstyle in several ways but it’s easy and not as time consuming as other styles. Slicked back my hair using to slick back my hair & used a butterfly clip to elevate the baby puff a little more to give the illusion of longer hair. What’s your favorite easy go to hairstyle?

I feel like I’ve finally mastered the half up/ half down hairstyle! Used Supercurl Cream & Curly Magic gel to achieve great definition & to slick back the front part of my hair. Love this style not only for the holidays but since my hair has gotten super long, this keeps my hair out of my face. What’s your favorite hairstyle this season?

Over the past year I’ve been challenged with the issue of my hair texture changing due to medication. And while it has been a journey, I do have to appreciate the moments where I’m learning to adjust to this new texture & it’s strange patterns. It’s helped me adapt to the concept that “anything can shift at any given time” and the idea that you either have to adjust to the change or go against it. I love my hair & the lessons it’s taught me along this journey.

Wash ‘n go results brought to you by Curl Power cream💜 To be completely honest, I haven’t had a haircut in 9 months, my frizz has been uncontrollable and my hair has been feeling super dry ever since my vacation but this product reversed all that! I only used this cream and my hair looks so healthy & voluminous. Honestly, I’m shocked how good this product feels & the results it’s given me! 15/10 recommend😊
