The Philippine Consulate General in New York is pleased to announce that it will conduct back-to-back Consular Outreach Missions for our kababayan in Pennsylvania and New Jersey on the following dates:

Services available include pre-voting enrollment, passport processing, civil registry, dual citizenship, notarization, and Social Security Services (SSS).

For dual citizenship, notarization, and civil registry appointments, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line: Consular Outreach in PA or Consular Outreach in NJ: [Requested Service]

For passport application appointment, visit https://www.passport.gov.ph/appointment or scan the QR code.
