Alaska will have you wearing a jacket, taking it off, putting it back on and reaching for another layer—all in the same day! 😂 The temperature can feel completely different on the ship, near a glacier and while exploring a port. My best advice: pack layers and keep a light jacket with you.

✈️ Travel Tip Tuesday!

When my husband and I aren’t flying First Class, I choose the window seat for myself and the aisle seat for him. If the flight isn’t full, there’s a chance the middle seat will remain open—and we get a little extra room! 🙌🏽

It’s not guaranteed, but it’s a travel strategy that has worked for us. And if someone is assigned the middle seat, we simply offer to switch so we can sit together.
