OUR TIPS FOR AN ENJOYABLE FIRST DATE... especially if you're feeling a little anxious ❤️

1. The 0.5 Date - Meet them before the first date. Either a quick coffee, ONE drink or a walk. Get a sense of their vibe before committing to anything.

2. We hate that we have to say this, but don't give out your address. At the end of the day, they're a stranger.

3. Don't overcomplicate things. Nice, easy, simple first dates are ideal if you're an anxious aardvark.

4. It can be so natural to want to mention your insecurities, whether that's your spots, your weight, your nose. Whatever it is. But it shows vulnerability, which you don't need to bring up on a first date.

5. Some people use marshmallow (Laura) others have a group chat. Decide on a word you can text a love one if you need to get out of that situation. ASAP.

6. Finally, dating should be fun. If it feels like a massive effort, or a chore or too scary, make sure you have a super big think about whether you want to be dating yet or not. Don't jeopardise your own headspace for something that's supposed to be fun!

The Story of Lauren and the Pink Trousers 💕

Once upon a time, there was a girl called Lauren. Lauren loved to dress in swishy dresses filled with colour and patterns. But one day, she wasn't feeling like herself. She only wanted to wear black and hide her body. Her friends noticed this wasn't like Lauren at all! Something needed to change.

After a rummage through the wardrobe and a stern talking to, there was only one thing that could help Lauren out of this uninspired fashion rut. It was a pair of bright pink trousers!

But could a pair of pink trousers really give Lauren a confidence boost? And what would the reaction be?

The diet doesn't start today.

Happy 1st January. Today's the day you'll be made to feel guilty for enjoying the holidays, eating nice food and partying with friends.

We're here to be your anti-diet culture best friends. Telling you, the diet doesn't start today. Reminding you that just because you had Christmas dinner with extra roast potatoes, a pile of pigs in blankets and lashings of gravy, you don't have to starve yourself this week because you're being made to feel "guilty".

Look after yourself ❤️🧡💛

As always, we're not against healthy choices. We're not against lifestyle changes. We're not against adding some more movement into your life. If that's what YOU want to do. But don't go on a fad diet because an instagram post, or a magazine, or someone on the telly made you feel guilty for enjoying yourself this season.

Last night, we did our final live recording at which was also our final recording of 2023 ❤️

What an absolutely wild year. Too many achievements to list without seeming a bit like we're bragging a little bit, so let's celebrate our biggest achievement of all... EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU!
