units are UTL ( unable to locate ). Most of the response has been cancelled. Orange County Fire Authority sending 1 helicopter to do recon but looks like it’s nothing.

Around 2:10pm today and responded to a structure fire on the 28000 block of MORRO COURT. Engine 5 first on scene reported heavy smoke from the second floor and upgraded the call to a working fire. Within 10 to 15 minutes firefighters had knockdown on the fire. No injuries to report and currently unknown if anyone was home at the time of the fire. Orange County Fire Authority investigators are currently on scene to determine the cause. No other details currently available.

A woman drove her SUV into a Lake Forest restaurant, injuring several people and causing extensive damage to the long-standing eatery, Inka Grill, located in a shopping center off Rockfield Blvd.

9 people injured after a car drove into the INKA GRILL PERUVIAN CUISINE located on the 23600 BLK of Rockfield drive in the city of Lake Forest today around 12:17 pm. Of those 9 injured at least 3 people were transported with unknown injuries to local hospitals. Of the 6 who signed out AMA, their injuries ranged from minor to moderate. OCFA and OCSD arrived to a car fully in the building with multiple people injured and upgraded the call a MCI incident (multi casualty incident). Luckily there were no fatalities, the restaurant was in the middle of their lunch rush when the accident occurred. Cause is currently unknown and is currently investigating while tend to the injured. No other details available at this time.
