Hey everyone—just wanted to share an important heads-up. There’s been some sneaky activity going around turning off water meters at the street, then waiting for homeowners to come out and check. Once you’re outside, they might try to take advantage of the situation. Not cool, right?

Here’s how we can all stay safe:
- If your water suddenly stops, ask a neighbor first or call the council to see if there’s a known issue.
- Don’t go out alone to check the meter, especially after dark. Grab a family member, a neighbor, or even call your security company to go with you.
- Keep an eye out for anything (or anyone) suspicious near meters or property lines.

**📅 Date:** 09 May 2025
**⏰ Time:** 09:00 – 15:00
**📍 Affected Areas:** Daveyton Ext 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 13
**🔧 Cause:** New Tie-in at Cnr Dungeni & Eiselen

Residents may experience **low water pressure to no water** during this time. Water tankers will be provided to areas with no supply.

**🔹 Important Reminders:**
✔ Keep taps closed during the interruption.
