The pandemic has been hitting all of us really hard. It’s caused a many different emotions, especially during the holiday season. Here are some tips on how to take care of yourself and manage the stress during this crazy time.
Tip 1: Get Outside! I feel like the weather has been so beautiful since everyone mainly stays inside. Even though it can get lonely, don’t be afraid to just take a walk and enjoy your surroundings. But make sure to wear your mask!
Tip 2: Get Creative! Take advantage of the immense amount of solitude and alone time to brainstorm some ideas on a cool project. Do some art, create a podcast, write a blog! The list is endless on how you can use your down time to create something amazing!
Tip 3: Take Time Away From Social Media! Sometimes social media can be a toxic place and takes so much from our mental health. Find time to unplug and refresh your mind away from what’s going on in the world.
Tip 4: Control What You Can Control! Focus on what you can control and let everything else go! You can save yourself so much energy!
Tip 5: Let Loose! Take a breather! Do something fun! Relax!
