AMANITA MUSCARIA & SWEATING

"A new study is underway aimed at gaining a better understanding of the pharmacology of Amanita muscaria. We are seeking individuals who have have experienced either excessive sweating, excessive salivation, or both, following consumption of A. muscaria (or related psychoactive Amanitas) to participate in an online survey. These surveys are being conducted to gather information about these and other cholinergic symptoms that are commonly reported (including chills and blurry vision) after consuming these mushrooms. Data will be used to develop a better understanding of the mushroom’s pharmacology and its physiological actions.
