I don’t remember that night at all…

Woke up in the ER Wednesday after slamming my head on the ground playing pickup bball, spent the night, and now I’m piecing the last few days together.

First time I’ve ever been to the hospital… wild and humbling.

I’m okay. That’s the most important thing. But this was a real wake-up call… life can flip in a second.

Can’t keep treating my body like it’s invincible or my time with my family like it’s guaranteed.

I’m changing my outlook. Less dumb risks, more care. More presence. More thanks. More faith. More showing up for the people who actually matter.

Grateful for my wife, family and friends, grateful God was watching over me, grateful I get another day to try and be better.

Don’t sleep on this life.🙏🏻

Today was a big one.
First day of pre-K for my little man.

Feels like yesterday I was holding you in my arms for the first time… and now you’re walking into school with your own backpack, ready to start a whole new chapter.

I’m proud of the kid you’re becoming: kind, curious, brave (even when it feels scary).

Go make friends, learn new things, and have fun.
We’ll always be right here, cheering you on.

Ever feel like life moves so fast, you forget to actually LIVE it?

This week im feeling grateful.

For my family, for the moments that remind me why I do what I do, and for the journey no matter how hard it gets.

Entrepreneurship isn’t always smooth.

Some weeks, it feels like everything’s falling into place, and other weeks, it feels like I’m losing more than I’m gaining.

This year, I’ve lost big clients, faced tough decisions, and felt the weight of it all.

But through it, I’ve learned to pause and appreciate what matters most 👉 my family.

This week, we did our annual Christmas staycation, and it was the reminder I needed:

No matter how wild the ride gets, being present for them is what matters most.

Grateful for the journey and the people who make it worth it.
