Would you eat Vegan/Vegetarian pho? For the past 2 1/2 years I’ve had so many versions of vegan pho at so many places including my own homemade version. There’s one place so far that I would say has the best thus far. I will reveal that bowl of pho soon 😉🥰

This famous Thailand desert. I do like it and have had a variety both in the US and in Thailand. Sometimes it’s too sweet and this was the case. Too sweet is not a bad thing but sometimes it can be 🥹

I have to talk about this salmon laab! One of my favorite place to grab this is from a grab and go stall in MN where I least expect it to be! However it’s my secret spot for when I do get seafood. And yes I eat 90% plant base and 10% seafood. Becoming vegetarian has been such a personal and spiritual journey. Here’s to enjoying healthy foods.
