But I’ve learned… what they really need is a mom who isn’t falling apart inside.

Not a mom who cries in silence so no one hears.
Not a mom tiptoeing on eggshells just to keep the peace.
Not a mom who pours out every ounce of herself while getting nothing back.

Because I’ve seen moms walk away from the “picture perfect” and finally breathe.
And in that peace, their kids started to bloom too.

Safe moms raise safe kids.
Peaceful moms raise peaceful kids.
Loved moms raise kids who know what love is supposed to feel like.

It was never about how many parents are in the house.
It’s about the energy in it.
The calm. The love. The safety.

And sometimes, that all begins the moment a mother finally chooses herself.

Unplugged & Ready for Wilderness!

Not a phone in sight! Last night, the kids and I went old-school with a backyard campfire prep session: perfectly roasted hot dogs and gooey, chocolatey campfire cones! All just a delicious warm-up for our ACTUAL camping night TONIGHT!

We're talking sleeping under the stars (or at least a very sturdy tent), telling spooky-ish stories, and soaking up all the unplugged family magic. Who else loves getting back to basics?! Get ready for some real "Feral Life" in the wild! Wish us luck (and maybe send prayers)!😉

✝️A Little Something for the Soul: Is Anyone Interested?

In the midst of all our "feral life" chaos, I've been feeling called to create a space for a different kind of connection-one that's a bit quieter, more intentional, and focused on faith.
I'm thinking about starting a simple, come-as-you-are online Bible study club. The plan is to meet once a week to chat, share, and lean into God's word together. No judgment, no pressure, just a community to help us find our way✝️.
