Miscarriage is heartbreaking at any stage of the journey, and for those undergoing fertility treatment, it can feel particularly overwhelming. But here’s something we want you to know: a miscarriage does not mean the end of your story.

✨ A major study found that women who miscarry during their first round of IVF are actually more likely to have a baby in future treatment cycles than those who didn’t conceive at all.

Healing is deeply personal. Some people need time to process physically and emotionally before trying again.

Others may feel ready sooner. Wherever you are, there’s no “right” timeline, just your own.

It’s a common question, and totally valid.

Navigating intimacy during IVF can feel confusing, especially with all the medication, appointments, and emotional ups and downs.

The short answer? Yes, in most cases, it’s safe to have s*x during IVF, but timing and individual circumstances really matter.
