FRYING PAN TUNA PIE
Ingredients:
olive oil to taste
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 seedless chopped tomato
1 can of tuna
2 eggs
1 tablespoon ricotta cream
1/4 cup of almond flour
1/2 cup of cassava flour
1/2 teaspoon chemical baking powder (baking yeast)

Method of preparation:
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion.
Add the tuna, tomato and let it braise some more. Reserve.
In a container, place the eggs, ricotta cream, flour, baking powder and mix well.
Add the braised tuna and mix until incorporated.
Pour into a non-stick frying pan, greased with a little olive oil, spread it out well, cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Flip the pie, cover the skillet again and leave for about 8 minutes or until golden.
Now it's just serving.
