But what's most important is that you do not quit on yourself, no matter how much they quit on you. Because the day you do that, life will become meaningless. You'll just be existing and not living.
So if you have to, if you want to, take a break, but never quit!
Life is hard, and that's why living it is so worth it 🙃

There are certain kinds of wounds that may take longer to heal than others. Acknowledgement may lead to faster healing but not always will we get that, especially from our families and close ones. So healing is on us. Don’t let a coping mechanism be something you always hide behind. It’s going to be tough, but it’s necessary. Keep going. You are strong and beautiful 💪🏽
