APPRECIATE YOUR WORKERS
🙌 When I first started my peanut business, I was shouldering the burden alone, and the stress was overwhelming. I desperately needed a helping hand, but my profit margins were too slim to hire anyone. That's when I decided to involve my little angels(purity & pleasant ) in the process. Teaching them the process was challenging, but they proved to be naturals at packing. Their help significantly reduced my stress levels.
One day, one of them approached me and said, 'You're not going to take us to Chicken Republic, are you?' Their innocence and expectation touched my heart. I realized that, even though I couldn't pay them, I could show my appreciation in other ways. So, I decided to take them out as a treat.
Their faces lit up with joy, and it's clear that they love working with me. This experience has taught me the importance of appreciating the people who help us along the way, no matter how small their contributions may seem.
