Meet Fiona Rohde, a 15-year-old from Eden Prairie who's turning fabric scraps into comfy, cozy beds for rescued dogs. 🐶🧵 Her "Pillows for Pooches" project, inspired by her own adopted pup, brings comfort to dogs waiting for their forever homes at Warrior Dog Rescue!

She's not just helping pups; she's also keeping materials out of landfills by using donated fabric samples. Talk about a win-win!

Last night’s Sparklefest at Round Lake Park was a great kick-off to Eden Prairie’s Independence Day celebrations!

Tonight, Friday, July 4, 2025, Eden Prairie continues the festivities with its Hometown Celebration and Fireworks Show.

The celebration runs from 3 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., with a variety of activities including:
* Community and Food Truck Plaza: Open from 3 p.m.
* Live Music on the Plaza: Blue Hazard at 3:15 p.m. and Annie Mack at 4:30 p.m.
* Mainstage Performances: Maiden Dixie at 6 p.m. and Free and Easy at 8 p.m.
* Welcome from Mayor Ron Case and City Council: 7:45 p.m.
* Fireworks: Scheduled for 10 p.m. (weather permitting).

Free public parking with shuttle service is available at the Eden Prairie Community Center. Accessibility parking is also available near the tennis courts at Round Lake Park.

In case of inclement weather, any rescheduling information for the fireworks will be posted on edenprairie.org/Updates by 8:30 p.m. tonight, and shared via email and social media.
