Equilibrium is a state where your desire for financial growth does not compromise your marriage, relationships, parenting, mental development, health, and overall wellbeing. It is a point where progress in one area does not lead to regret in others. Even Jesus, while preparing for his calling, demonstrated growth in wisdom, stature, and relationships with God and humanity. Developing a mental awareness that life is not solely about accumulating wealth is essential.

Typically, we seek leadership positions without adequately preparing for the responsibilities that come with them. In a practical context, leadership extends beyond mere positional authority; it is essentially about people. This includes individuals with complex emotions, feelings, needs, desires, challenges, and aspirations. Leadership is about fostering an environment where people feel genuinely cared for, valued, and concerned about their overall well-being, as well as their personal growth and achievements. People seek reassurance that their leaders genuinely care about their well-being and are committed to helping them reach their full potential. This requires empathy and a deep passion for their growth. Consequently, leadership is often described as 20% skill and 80% attitude. While skills can be acquired through learning, attitude is a conscious, lifelong process that cannot be taught in a classroom setting. A lack of genuine concern for others can lead to manipulation and exploitation for personal gain.

Our character is typically developed through a process. During these periods, we acquire inner traits such as resilience, perseverance, doggedness, humility, patience, and faith. These inherent but crucial qualities enable us to navigate and confront the inevitable difficulties of life. They help us understand that life is full of ups and downs, and that the only way to become better, stronger, and smarter is to confront challenges head-on. These valuable qualities cannot be taught in a classroom. It takes a process to arrive at a glorious destination. My prayer is always, "God, teach me patience with the process."

Many of us have been mentally conditioned to believe that ministry is all about PULPIT. It's so bad that when we see people resign their pastoral role to pursue what they are truly passionate about, especially what they know will give them real fulfillment, we tag them as backsliders. If you're still going around with such conditioning, I want you to know that ministry is not limited to the pulpit, but identifying your position in God's agenda for your life... Your calling is your ministry, and your ultimate goal must be to find out what it is.

When it comes to Divine Assignments i.e your ORIGINAL REASON for coming to earth, majority of us are already behind schedule. Not because it's our fault completely, but we have become a victim of our environment,circumstances, and lack of unwillingness to take total responsibility for the outcome of our lives. A person who got to challenge his existence as a teen and resolved to pay the price, can never be completely compared with someone in his thirties who's just experiencing a mindshift to understand that there's more to life than making a living.

You have got to know that there's a purpose for life.

During the COVID pandemic in 2020, a friend organized a WhatsApp webinar titled 'RECLAIMING YOUR FOCUS.' He shared a soft copy of the book afterward, but I struggled to read it because I wasn't a reader before then. At work, I met someone reading and asked to read the book. He gave me another book and promised to replace it whenever I returned the previous one. After borrowing a few times, I developed a taste for books and started buying them. Today, this new habit has completely changed my life. Reading has transformed my mind and given me a sense of direction. I now have a reason to live.
