I’ve always loved the discomfort people get when there is something a little off during trick or treating from seeing a scary costume or being spooked.

Horror movies and suspense really make you think 🤔 about how powerful your brain 🧠 is.

The way your heart pumps, the nerves, the anxiety, uncontrollable respirations of pure fear.

You have to know how to navigate your emotions when a fight or flight situation takes place.

The triggers are all around us and most people have trouble maintaining self control.

Figured I’d break into that headspace of discomfort and bring ya’ll a little Halloween thrill with this new song!
