shop is selling huge NY slices pizzas. The best pizza I’ve tried in Taipei so far!

FYI: Xinyi’s outlet has a very limited space and is outdoor.

PS: Their DILL PICKS IS MY FAVORITE 🤤

[🇹🇼TAIPEI COCKTAIL BAR] - 📍unDer Lab

One of the most recommended cocktail bars by bartenders in Taipei is .

Fair warning — please book in advance. I tried dropping by as a walk-in several times, but it was always fully booked. Don’t take those chances, it’s highly unlikely.

So what is it about unDer Lab that makes it so highly recommended?

Honestly, I was a bit skeptical at first, thinking it was just another well-established cocktail bar. Then I saw their menu — and I was impressed and in awe (especially for those who enjoy savory flavor profiles).

I chose a drink and took my first sip, and the very first thought that came to mind was, “Now I understand why.”

先提醒一下 —— 記得提前訂位！我之前試過幾次臨時想去，都客滿進不去。千萬別心存僥倖，臨時去幾乎沒機會。

那麼，unDer Lab 到底有什麼特別？為什麼這麼多人推薦？

老實說，一開始我也有點懷疑，覺得可能只是另一間名氣很大的酒吧而已。
直到我看到他們的菜單 —— 當下真的讓我驚艷又佩服（特別是喜歡鹹香風味的人一定會超愛）。

我點了一杯酒，喝下第一口時，腦中立刻閃過一句話： 「原來是這樣啊，我懂了。」

R9 Café is known for its exterior mural. The food is versatile — it works for lunch, tea time, dessert, or dinner. The location is convenient, right in the heart of Zhongshan. The food was decent, but the vibe stood out the most.
