O N T H E M A R K E T | While driving down an iconic street in Raleigh, NC last year, I was captured by the charm and architecture of this home. There’s something about the green clay roof, millwork around the front entry and symmetrical fireplaces that you just don’t see anymore. It’s stately without being overstated.

✨ When reached out to share it was now on the market for the first time in 30 years, I couldn’t help but explore the interior and dream about all the possibilities! The original details are so charming, and I can just see this home coming to life with the right paint, wallpaper and small updates. What an opportunity to own a special piece of Raleigh’s history! ✨
