Beginning late next month dealers will be required to provide your full contact details to the FBI if your background check comes back denied OR delayed. Yep, that's right, even if it's just delayed.

What can you do? If you always get delayed, apply for a UPIN, if you're in a state that allows a carry permit to be used as your background check, get that process started NOW!
