Fresh lobster: 1 piece (about 500 grams, halved)

Preparation Steps

1. Prepare the lobster

200g (7 oz) thinly sliced beef (like ribeye or sukiyaki cut)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp oil (vegetable or sesame oil)

Other:

2 packs udon noodles (frozen or fresh)

2 stalks green onions (chopped)

Optional toppings: soft-boiled egg, nori, sesame seeds, chili flakes

2. Heat a pan over medium heat.

3. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.
