Today, the CIA National Office hosted a Board of Trustees Meeting and welcomed the newly elected members of the National Executive Committee.

Today, we were honored to have our CIA National President Emy H. Rafanan attend the Philippine National Police (PNP) Change of Command and Retirement Honors for Police General (PGen) Rommel Francisco D. Marbil. The event, held at Camp Brigadier General Rafael Crame in Quezon City.

The 1st CIA Board of Trustees Meeting held at Tanauan Batangas (May 31 - June 1, 2025)

Following the successful CIA General Assembly, the first meeting of the Board of Trustees was convened. A quorum was present to discuss and finalize the CIA Manual of Operations and Policy (MOP).

This manual will provide Citizen's Information and Assistance, Inc.'s general membership with comprehensive guidelines and internal rules. It covers the implementation of the organization's Articles of Incorporation and By-laws, existing policies, standing rules and regulations, resolutions, and the ex*****on of all plans, programs, projects, activities, and services. The "MOP" also outlines procedures related to every aspect of operations and administration as a non-stock, non-profit organization.

All positions on the National Executive Committee were declared vacant, and an election was subsequently held.
