Inspired by Maki’s “Kahel na Langit,” a song about finding that someone or something to hold your heart when you’re tired physically and emotionally.

And I didn’t wait for perfect light or framing. I captured real moments that (I hope) carry the same quiet truth: we all need a place or presence where it’s safe to unload and rest our guard.

Whether it’s God, a place, the universe, a loved one, your parents, a beloved pet, or a dear friend.

These are some of my visual whispers of that gentle reminder: “I’m heard.”

Sunday well spent!

Sa mga gusto mag try for the first time about basic gun safety and use, I recommend sir James Vasquez Pwede niyo siya I-message for other details pero and price ay Php 4,500 tapos it includes:

Private session. Meaning kayo lang tuturuan kaya mas tutok ang discussion at practice.

Outdoor area. Mas malaki gagalawan at hindi kayo mag aalala masyado sa ibang tao kasi kayo lang gumagamit nung pwesto.

Drills. Hindi lang yung naka stand na shooting pero meron rin ituturo pa na iba kagaya ng shooting on the move drill para mas ramdam niyo yung thrill and excitement ng pag gamit ng baril.

Extra lessons. Depende sa progress niyo as student, possible na per session may extra lesson kayong matututunan kay sir James.

Overall, sulit bayad namin kasi mas na-appreciate namin yung importance ng pag gamit ng baril at ano yung dapat laging alalahanin for responsible use ng baril, lalo sa mga may mag babalak bumili ng sariling baril.

This was my first experience witnessing a parkour event hosted by several organizations, including Pilipinas Obstacle Sports Federation , Philippine Parkour Community, and Robinson's Galleria Obstacle Zone, and it was a blast! The energy and enthusiasm of all the competitors was truly inspiring for me as a parkour practicioner.

Congratulations to all the winners and participants!
