Great ride today on ms tour part 1. 90 km and even with 2 gatorades 2 bottles of water and a monster which is about 3l or 6 pounds of fluids still down 4.4 pounds post ride That’s 10.4 pounds of sweat?? Part 2 of the ms tour tommorrow and we are halfway to the goal of 350$ for the ms society 🙂.
