You may believe nobody loves you. You may think your sins have pushed you too far away from Christ because of things people have said or because of the guilt you carry.

But hear this: Jesus sees you.

God hates sin because sin destroys what He loves, but His love for you never changes. Christ didn’t die because we were perfect. Christ died for us while we were still sinners (Romans 5:8).

Your sin does not have the final word. Jesus does.

That is why Christ gave His life, so that through Him nothing would stand between us and God anymore (Colossians 1:21-22). If you place your faith in Him, there is forgiveness, mercy, and freedom.

Romans 8:38-39 reminds us:

“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”

It’s remarkable to think that the all-powerful God, who needs nothing, still chose in His love and mercy to give His life for us. Not because He lacked something, but because His love is greater than we can fully understand.

You are more loved than you know.

Sometimes the weight of this world feels unbearable. But Jesus reminds us that His burden isn’t meant to crush us, it’s meant to free us. He says to come to Him, to lay down everything we’re carrying, and take on what He gives instead. Not because it’s heavier, but because it’s lighter, filled with grace, peace, and rest.

You don’t have to carry life on your own anymore. That’s the difference. A real relationship with Him means you’re never alone in it. When you’re weak, He carries you through.

So run to Him. Give Him your burdens. He already told you to.

Matthew 11:28-30

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Run to Him!

God cares deeply for you, and He will never abandon you nor forsake you. Even in your weakest moments, He is near to the brokenhearted.

Remember this: God does not call the qualified, He qualifies the ones He calls. No matter how heavy your burdens feel, bring them to Him. Lay them down at His feet and take the yoke of Christ instead, for His burden is light and in Him your soul will find rest.

Remember that Jesus truly loves and cares for you. In times of despair, seek Him. He will not abandon you. Instead, He draws near to those who are hurting.

As it says in Psalm 34:18-19:
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.”

The road of following Christ will not be easy. You will face hardships, and you will experience loss along the way. But no matter how many times you fall, you must rise again and keep walking forward.

Remember what Jesus said: “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.” — Matthew 9:37

There is work to be done, and every step of faith matters.

And do not forget this: our victory has already been won through Christ. As Scripture says, “Thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.” — 1 Corinthians 15:57

So do not give up. The battle has already been decided. All that remains is for you to endure, keep the faith, and make it home.

There’s a moment when conviction finally hits.
Not shame. Not condemnation. Direction.

Running from sin isn’t about losing freedom, it’s about choosing life and running toward Jesus. And what surprised me most wasn’t how hard it was to turn away… it was realizing I wasn’t running alone.

Scripture tells us to flee from sin and pursue righteousness (2 Timothy 2:22), and Jesus reminds us that heaven doesn’t stay silent when someone repents.

“There will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents…”
Luke 15:7

So if you’re tired, afraid, or struggling, run anyway.
Run toward Jesus.

Heaven is cheering you on.
