SATURDAY:Moon in Scorpio travels without interference for over 24 hours, building on a mission of consolidating knowledge for the sake of power and control. No Moon void suggests you're free to shop without concern that your purchase will disappoint. Otherwise, schedule a visit from your local pest control company, as action is supported by Moon's sextile to Mars (still in Virgo), exact at 9:06 PM ET. Chill during the five-hour Moon void.

In my own personal world, I’m baking a torte with overripe plums and nectarines—salvaging what’s soft and bruised (after yesterday’s chilly Venus-Saturn square), and hoping something sweet will rise (in the aftermath of Venus-Neptune). A bit like what I did with this weekend’s newsletter: a 2000-word forecast and astro-logical analysis of current headlines and what might come next, tucked behind a paywall this time. TUESDAY: Moon enters Cancer at 8:26 AM ET, ready and able to carry on the agenda of the last-gasp Cancer Sun for the next two days. Focus on matters of home, family, and nourishment. At 9:29 AM ET Sun enters Leo, and now we have both luminaries (Sun and Moon) in their home signs. This is the height of the summer season in the Northern Hemisphere, and no matter what else comes down this week, everyone is encouraged to play, shine — and help others shine, too.

But first, the emotional security needs of the Cancer Moon are dealt a heavy hand, as Moon squares Saturn and Neptune at 11:33 AM ET and 11:56 AM ET. Authoritarian controls, issued at random and seemingly senseless or duplicitous are possible. Anyone with planets around 2 degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn are more affected than most. This includes Barack Obama, Ghislaine Maxwell, Rupert Murdoch, Fox News, and Adam Schiff.

A toxic release of perfection-seeking, possibly macho anger in excruciating detail may occur this evening, as Mars meets up with the South Node (a point of toxic release) in Virgo at 6 PM ET. This pattern affects you more personally if you are the United States, King Charles, the CF, and the chart for the time Epstein's body was discovered (that chart was displayed and discussed in last Wednesday's Zoom Q & A, ICYMI).

Moon travels without interference for the rest of the day, building to an exuberant, expansive expression around 12:56 AM ET on WEDNESDAY:...as Moon meets up with Jupiter. Forecast for the full week is here -- thanks for subscribing.

THURSDAY. Aries Moon travels through the day without interference, building in size and scope like a snowball -- or fireball -- rolling down a mountain. An Aries Moon needs to be a pioneer, not now, but RIGHT NOW. Moon squares the Cancer Sun at 8:37 PM ET, and an idealistic (possibly bonkers) leadership initiative serving home and homeland security interests makes an adjustment. Whatever it is, you are free to take the night off and CHILL during the 7+ hour Moon void. Meanwhile, you did remember to BACK UP YOUR COMPUTERS because at 12:44 AT ET on...FRIDAY:... Mercury, which has slowed to a virtual stop, demanding we focus on regal edicts and such -- goes RETROGRADE. There will be NO WHINGEING, as we need our down times. FRIDAY. First, at 5:32 AM ET, Moon ditches Libra for Scorpio, changing the game plan to one of consolidating knowledge for the sake of power and control. This need is driven to extremes in the morning, reflecting Moon's weekly clash with Pluto at 11:45 AM ET. Second, at 8:45 AM ET, the Venus-Uranus conjunction is exact, surprise, surprise...and what a kick-off for the 249th birthday of the United States. Venus-Uranus suggests seismic action in matters of money, values, women, social expression, and the arts. It’s position at the verrrry end of Ta**us suggests matters of material comfort and security are at a crisis point. Third, Venus leaves Ta**us and enters Gemini at 11:30 AM ET. Now, matters of money, values, women, and art will reflect Gemini's need to be clever, entertaining and diverse, with a multitude of irons in the fire. Venus will be in Gemini until July 30th, which is great news for Geminis. Enjoy your fully booked dance card!

FRIDAY (cont.): Moon trines jovial Jupiter at 5:05 PM ET. If you're having a cookout with family and friends, enjoy. Larger celebrations are likely to reflect the Scorpio Moon's need to be right and in control with respect to the expansive patriotism Jupiter in (homeland) Cancer suggests. Not only that, but with Neptune turning retrograde at 5:32 PM ET, idealism and/or delusion are running high. Since I wrote these words on Monday, the Big Ugly Bill was passed on Thursday, and it is scheduled to be signed around…5 PM ET. Let the record show that I had an uneasy sense of foreboding on Monday when contemplating today’s Moon-Jupiter trine. A Scorpio Moon is considered to be debilitated in traditional astrology, On the one hand, it is a fertile placement. On the other hand, a day driven by a Scorpio Moon is apt for scheduling an exterminator. Jupiter expands whatever it touches, with exuberance.
