Last night we had a huge surprise! Dale Earnhardt Jr making a cameo appearance in our regular weekly broadcast of the IROC Series. I’ve been doing this since 2020 after another former NASCAR competitor, Bobby Hamilton Jr and league admin David Bradford convinced me to start calling their races. I had no idea what I was doing at the time, things just came together. Over the years I’ve fine tuned on this platform, trying to create a better show. It never stops, it gets tedious sometimes, but sometimes we’re reminded of how much fun this can be. What a cool experience! Big thanks to Zach Millett for his booth work last night, goans for the same in past and future races, and Eric Dotson as my first booth analyst in those early days. It’s just iRacing. But it might as well been the NBC booth to me. Hope to see this more often, and thank you all for watching!
