EVENING PRAYER

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. AMEN.

Lord, thank You for this day. Thank You for being with me always. I remember the times when You are still with Your apostles, you are with them day and night, teaching them, inspiring them. Please do the same daily to Your servants here in Your Holy Church. I ask forgiveness, Lord, for my sins. Purge me, wash me through Your grace and mercy. Now is the time for me to sleep. Give me ample sleep, Lord, so I may rise in the freshness of tomorrow. AMEN.

Keep us under the shadow of Your wings safe and secured, and as we go out to face the challenges of the day, accompany us. Be with us today, O Lord. AMEN.

1. Kung nag-positive ka pero asymptomatic, huwag kang nerbyosin. Kaya mong talunin ang virus sa masustansyang pagkain, sapat na oras ng tulog, at kung kaya ng bulsa: multivitamins at minerals plus extra vitamin c with zinc, syempre dagdagan mo na ng positive thoughts, isolation at limpak-limpak na prayers.

2. Kung nag-positive ka at malamang na sa workplace ka na-infect, wag ka ma-guilty. Kasi kaya ka nga nagtrabaho't pumasok sa opisina ay para sa kabuhayan ng pamilya.

3. Kung nag-positive ka, hindi mo kasalanan ito. Maliban na lamang kung sinadya mong balewalain ang payo para sa minimum health safety standards, naging masyado kang kampante na “virus lang yan”, at hindi ka nag-iingat.

4. Kung nag-positive ang kapit-bahay o ka-barangay mo, wala silang kasalanan. Kaya huwag mo ng ikuwento kung kani-kanino na wala naman kaugnayan o maitutulong kundi ang pag-usapan ang buhay ng iba.

5. Kung nag-positive ang kapit-bahay mo, wag mong pandirihan o katakutan. Ang kailangan mong gawin ay maging maingat, sundin ang health safety protocols, at maging healthy. Mas kailangan ng na-infect ang peace of mind, masustansyang pagkain, at prayers mula sa iyo. Yes! Prayers / Panalangin / Dasal at hindi pandidiri, takot o pagchismisan. Panalangin. 🙏

6. Kung nag-positive ka at may mga sintomas gaya ng lagnat, ubo, masakit na lalamunan, patuloy na sakit ng ulo, panghihina ng katawan, pagkawala ng pang-amoy, pagtatae o nahihirapan sa paghinga, wag ng magpatumpik-tumpik. Kailangan mo ng magpakonsulta sa mga health professionals o magpa-confine para matutukan ang kondisyon mo at maasikaso ang pangangailangan mo.
