Perfectionism is a trap.
We’ve all been there. You delay, second-guess, or hold back because you think your work isn’t good enough.
You think you need to have everything just right before you share it, launch it, or put it out into the world.
But here’s the truth: waiting for perfection is a surefire way to stay stuck.
Perfection doesn’t exist, and if you’re waiting for it, you’re wasting time.
The magic happens in the messy middle.
It happens when you take action, even when things aren’t perfect.
When you share your ideas before they’re fully polished.
When you trust that done is better than perfect.
Perfectionism is rooted in fear - fear of judgment, fear of failure, and fear of not measuring up.
But here is the thing…the more you let perfectionism control you, the more you hold yourself back from stepping into your full potential.
The real power comes from showing up as you are, doing your best, and taking that imperfect action.
Done is always better than perfect.
You can always improve, refine, and evolve along the way, but you can’t do any of that if you don’t take the first step.
So, let go of the need to be perfect, and instead, focus on progress.
Perfection isn’t your goal, growth is.
