1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup semolina
1tbsp olive oil
Salt and water

• Ricotta filling
Ricotta cheese
Caramelized onions
Parsley
Salt

•Sauce
Diced tomatoes
Minced garlic
Oregano
Parsley
Salt & pepper

Trust me when I say this.. this is a salad that does not suck! 🥗If you hate eating raw veggies like me you should give this a try.
🥦• INGREDIENTS •🥦
Cauliflower
Sweet potato
Carrot
Protein of your choice
Bell pepper
Cilantro/parsley
Cabbage
Olive oil

DRESSING🌱
Vegan mayo/ regular mayonnaise
Garlic powder
Dried oregano
Plain yogurt
Salt & pepper

PREPARATION🥬
-Chop cauliflower,sweet potatoes (you can use any potatoes) and carrots.
-cover them in olive oil, garlic powder, salt and herbs of your choice.
- Roast it at 180*C for 25mins
Flip half way.
- serve it with cilantro, bell pepper,tomatoes, any protein you like and you can use any alternative veggies you like to add.

Roasted chickpea salad is one of my favorite go to recipe I love to make. 💛This one tops from my all of the other salad recipes.🥗

I coated chickpeas in corn flour and pan roasted it until it got that crunch and combined it with some roasted cauliflower and crispy roasted sweet potatoes. you can add greens of your choice
