Stima Investment, in its attempts redefine urban living, presents Stima Heights in Ngara, a commercial and residential suburb of Nairobi located within the larger Starehe Sub-county, approximately 1.7 kilometres (1.1 mi) northeast of Nairobi’s Central Business District on Muranga Road.

Welcoming investors, Moses Wandabwa, the Clerks of Works, says Stima Heights is one of the projects at the moment and is progressing well and has created job opportunities to men and women at the site.
“We started the project last year and have reached the twelfth floor. Our plan is that we do two floors per month and are progressing well as you can see men and women at work,” he said, while giving the update report.
Stima Heights has bedsitters (studios) and one-bedroom houses, located along Musembi Road – Ngara. Very affordable, accessible and secured right in the city next to the CBD.
“As you can see, the project has been going on very well, the contractor is working well and the consultants are always here. We are maintaining the quality of work since we want to give to our customers a quality product,” he said.
“We have started multiple of activities on floors that are completed by doing partitioning and fitting of both electrical and Plumbing first fix. Everything is in progress, and the progress is good,” he said.
He guarantees those who have made their purchase that the project is on course and to those who haven’t, there are still a few one bedroom units left (almost 30%), with 70% already sold out.
