✨ Stars of Hastings is tonight! ✨

Tonight is the Cancer Council Stars of Hastings Event, raising money for such an incredible cause, and we’re so excited to be helping out a little behind the scenes this year! 💃🏼✨

It’s also got us reflecting on just how much can change in a year. Last year, we came along as friends of one of the dancers and were familiar with a couple of the others. Fast forward only 12 months, and this year we’re lucky enough to be friends with multiple of the dancers, the hosts and even some of the judges. 🥹❤️

It’s really put into perspective just how much we’ve settled into the community here in Port Macquarie and how many amazing people we’ve met and built connections with along the way. With only two weeks left before we leave Port Macquarie, moments like tonight feel even more special.. getting to be a small part of an event that brings so many people together for such an important cause.

We can’t wait to see everyone take to the stage tonight and cheer on all of the incredible dancers!

🐾 BAILEY IS HOME! 🐾

After 3 very long days of worry and anxiety, Bailey is finally safely with Mam & Dad in the UK! ❤️🥹

Unfortunately, he ended up spending a lot longer in Toronto than he was supposed to, and we weren’t properly informed about what had happened, which was incredibly stressful for us.

We’ll be making a formal complaint to the company, but for now we’re just so unbelievably relieved that our boy is safe and where he needs to be. ❤️

A huge thank you to Bekha’s parents for their patience, for travelling up to Edinburgh, and for dealing with all the extra waiting around. We’re so grateful.

And thank you to everyone who has checked in and worried with us.. it genuinely means so much.

Welcome home Bailey boy! 🇬🇧❤️🐕
