Today, marks five years since I launched my podcast, Living With An Invisible Learning Challenge.
What started as a small personal project has grown beyond anything I could have imagined. The podcast now has 9,932 website views, 16,186 plays, listeners in over 1,000 cities, and across 104 countries.
I’m sharing these numbers not to brag, but out of gratitude and pride. When I began this journey, I had no idea the impact it would have—not just on the world, but on me. I’ve changed so much from the person I was in that first podcast photo to who I am today. I’m not the same host, advocate, or storyteller I was five years ago.
Along the way, I’ve recorded 101 episodes featuring 67 guests—advocates for neurodivergence, therapists, neurodivergent individuals, authors, friends, family members, and parents. Each conversation has shaped this journey.

I have one of those invisible learning challenges called NVLD (i.e. Non-Verbal Learning Disability). I have a podcast about it, "Living With An Invisible Learning Challenge," that I have been doing for more than two years now! I I have 4,800 website views, more than 1K cities worldwide, all 50 states, and 72 countries. I'm not bragging about those states! I'm celebrating because that means more people know more about NVLD and can therefore help more people like me. Please help me support The NVLD Project this holiday season. They are important to me because they research NVLD, support NVLDERs and their loved ones, and are trying to get it back on the DSM! The Diagnostic Manual of Mental Disorders helps college students have an easier time getting diagnosed, and receiving the accommodations and support that they need to excel in college.
