The checklist includes:

- Post 1-2 times to Instagram stories with relevant hashtags

- Share 1 organic post on Instagram and include hashtags

- Like/comment on 5 related posts in your niche

- Reply to 3 DMs on Instagram

- Share 1 post each on Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn

- Search trending hashtags and engage with 5 posts

- Monitor brand mentions and reply to any feedback

Having these tasks scheduled out makes it so much easier to maintain momentum. It only takes 30 minutes max per day but pays off over time through increased followers and engagement. So I’m back!!! It’s been a week since I last posted and all I can say is what a week it’s been.

The past week has been physically, mentally and emotionally draining to say the least and today if the first time I have had the physical energy to actually post.

Life can be full of unexpected challenges and it can leave us in a position where we have no choice than to be still and that’s exactly what happened to me.

So last night I got dressed up and attended the worst party I’ve ever been to in my life…..and I’m actually telling the truth.

However even through I got done up for no reason at all. I had a day off work. I find my safe working every single day at times and I’m here to say it’s okay to take time off. Do. It burn yourself out.
