The post-mortem report of the junior doctor who was tragically r***d and murdered at R G Kar Medical College and Hospital in Kolkata reveals alarming details, including the presence of nine internal injury marks, external injuries, and evidence of manual strangulation and smothering, as well as forceful pe*******on.
Conducted between 6:10 PM and 7:10 PM on August 9, the examination concluded that "death was due to the effects of manual strangulation associated with smothering," categorizing the "manner of death" as "homicidal."
The report further states, "There is medical evidence of forceful pe*******on/insertion in her ge***alia, indicating the possibility of sexual assault."
It details a total of 16 external injuries on the victim's body, including abrasions on the cheeks, lips, nose, neck, arms, knees, and injuries to the ge***al area. Additionally, nine internal injuries were noted in the muscles of the neck, scalp, and other regions.
